Joining PTC in 2014, Adrian was one of the first employees outside the USA. He built and led the commercial organization in Europe, Asia/Pacific, Japan, Middle East & Africa and Latin America Adrian retired from PTC at the end of 2022. After 10 years as a non-Executive Director, in July 2023 he joined Fennec Pharma as Chief Operating Officer where he refocused US commercial strategy and played a pivotal role in selling the EU commercial rights for the company’s lead product.
In July 2024 he returned to PTC as SVP & General Manager for the Growth & Emerging Markets Region. (MENA, CIS, Turkey, Japan, APAC)
Previously positions include Chief Operating Officer at Gentium where he built and managed the company’s Commercial and Medical Affairs organization and was also responsible for Business Development, playing a pivotal role in the sale of Gentium to Jazz Pharma for $1billion. Prior to joining Gentium, he served as Regional Vice President, Commercial Operations at Biogen Idec managing affiliates in Europe and Latin America. He has also held leadership positions at EUSA, Amgen, SmithKline Beecham, Schering-Plough and Novo-Nordisk.
