Andrew is a seasoned digital product strategy leader who has built, led and worked on multi-disciplinary teams focused on the development, production and management of radically innovative products and customer experiences within the digital ecosystem. Currently, he is a Manager of Digital Product at Southwest Airlines, helping transform the digital customer experience. Andrew's focus is improving the overall Customer and Digital Experience for disrupted customers along with bringing multi-faceted enterprise projects to life. His professional experience started at The Walt Disney Company. In a series of progressively more responsible positions, he helped conceive and launch advanced technical solutions that promote brand equity and produce compelling guest experiences. Later, as Senior Director of Digital Experience for City Experiences by the Hornblower Group (a Crestview Partners portfolio company), he recruited, managed and mentored a highly effective creative and product team that transformed the digital guest experience.
