Adam R. Thompson is President of Lagniappe Aviation, a botique aviation consulting firm that handles several industry disciplines including management and marketing, as well as Flight, Ground and Technical Operations. Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics and additional formal training in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and additional aviation graduate hours from  Delta State University. Mr. Thompson has more than twenty years of real-world professional commercial aviation experience, including operational roles spanning Airport and Flight Operations, and has held management positions with the former US Airways Group and with the American Airlines Group. Mr. Thompson is also a long-time member of the Wings Club, the foremost international organization of airline executives.
