Stuart Douglas – COO, Amplify EV Stuart Douglas brings over a decade of leadership and operational experience in the EV charging and technology sectors. Having held senior roles as Operations Director at SWARCO Smart Charging and Managing Director of PoGo Charge, he has led high-performing teams across project delivery, field service, technical support, logistics, network operations, and customer service. With first-hand experience of building and running a UK public charging network, Stuart understands both the opportunities and the challenges of deploying infrastructure at scale. He has worked closely with strategic integration partners, supply chain providers, and service platforms, giving him a unique perspective on how to create reliable, user-friendly, and commercially sustainable charging networks. Now COO at Amplify EV, Stuart is focused on developing consultative service and support functions that help chargepoint operators, fleets, and local authorities maximise network performance and end-user experience. By leveraging partnerships and promoting an open, collaborative approach, he is committed to enabling wider EV adoption and long-term sector growth. Stuart holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management (First-class). He was shortlisted for the EVIES 2024 Special Recognition Award and won a Bronze Award at the International Business Awards 2024 for management excellence.
