Registration opens for all visitors on all days at 8:00am

Your free badge gives you access to the exhibition, content theatres and networking areas. Register here if you haven't yet.

Yes, ID may be required alongside your badge for security and verification purposes.

Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already. Speakers should already be automatically registered by a Solar & Storage Live team member. The registration process should only take a couple minutes. If you have a large team, we strongly advise forwarding them the link to register themselves.

You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App.

Exhibitors – Badge collection: All exhibitors have the option to collect your badge from the registration desk on Monday 21st September between 12pm - 6pm. Please do this for faster entry on Day 1 of the show as we are expecting over 20,000 attendees. If exhibitors cannot collect their badge on Monday, they can collect it from 7:30am on Tuesday 22nd September. Registration opens for all other attendees at 8am.

There is no formal dress code. Most attendees wear business casual.

Solar & Storage Live is a B2B trade exhibition and children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entrance.

Yes, cloakroom facilities are available at the NEC.

Yes, the NEC is fully accessible and has step-free access, accessible toilets, and parking.

NEC is accessible by train, car, and air. Birmingham International Railway Station is directly connected to the venue. Directions and transport info can be found here .

Exhibitors are entitled to 2 free-of-charge car parking passes (physical) that will enable them free car parking on 22-24 September (parking is free during build and breakdown). Parking passes can be claimed from the organiser office onsite and are not sent out in advance.

Visitors  have three options to pay for their parking, which will ensure their vehicle registration is recognised at exit for a frictionless departure:

- On-the-day in venue payment
- On-the-day online payment

Yes, the official event app gives access to agendas, floorplans, networking and meetings. It will be available a few weeks before the event. Instructions to download and log in will be emailed to you.

No, there will be no recordings or slides shared. You must attend the sessions live.

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Yes, there will be catering on-site including vegetarian and vegan options.

Yes, security staff will be present throughout the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.
