Founded in 1998, our journey began with the introduction of a unique retrofit double glazing system, Magnetite®. Over the years, we have developed our offering and added various glazing solutions such as Soundtite, secondary timber and aluminium windows and doors, Solartite high performance window film and Sealtite window and door seals. This enables us to deliver the best solution to suit your requirements.

Our secondary glazing solutions have been independently tested by the National Acoustic Laboratory and Window Energy Rating Scheme, demonstrating up to a 70% improvement in thermal performance and noise reduction —creating more comfortable and sustainable spaces in existing building.  

Magnetite has completed acoustic and thermal insulation projects across Australia and New Zealand for the hospitality and commercial sectors including PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel, Mercure Hotel, Quincy Hotel Melbourne, and Auckland City Hotel.
