Our dedicated team of volunteer committee members coordinate networking and educational events for our members every month throughout the year; ranging from breakfast seminars, employment law updates, round table talks for senior HR professionals, practical panel discussions to more in-depth conference style events. We also coordinate an annual salary and benefits survey, with over 100 companies taking part in our 2025 survey.
Hospitality is a highly sociable and people focused industry so there is also time for play with several social events including our post Christmas get together and infamous quiz night where you can not only catch up with friends but also flex those HR brain cells.
We recognise that the many HR teams we represent work tirelessly year round to enhance the people agenda within their businesses. Our Annual Awards for Excellence (open to everyone) take place every year in September and give everyone the chance to acknowledge truly exceptional HR initiatives and best practice within our industry. 2026 marks our 30th Anniversary of our awards making this years awards truely special.
As an unincorporated non-profit association our membership options offer exceptional value for money, whether you are an individual HR professional or large corporate HR team, membership will also give you access to information about our partners events and give you the opportunity to actively grow your own personal network. We re-invest membership subscriptions back into providing educational and personal professional development events throughout the year.
