Siobhan O'Sullivan, Skills Accelerator (AI), Future Skills Organisation

Siobhan O’Sullivan is an executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving organisational transformation across finance, logistics and the technology sector. She is currently working with the Future Skills Organisation to lead the FSO Skills Accelerator–AI, a national initiative helping to upskill the vocational education and training (VET) sector in artificial intelligence. Through action-learning sprints, cross-sector collaboration and masterclasses, the program brings together educators, industry and policymakers to test real-world AI solutions and accelerate responsible adoption. Previously, Siobhan served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at the Australian Computer Society (ACS), where she led national initiatives in digital capability, workforce reform and innovation strategy. She is known for translating emerging technology into practical workforce outcomes and system-level change. Prior to ACS, Siobhan was CEO of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), and Board Advisor and COO at fintech scaleup HashChing. Siobhan brings a proven track record of aligning people, strategy, and performance to deliver impact, always with a deep commitment to purpose-led leadership and system-level change. Siobhan holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Industrial Relations, and a Diploma in Project Management. A lifelong martial artist and advocate for personal discipline, she brings focus, perspective, and integrity to every role she takes on.
