Natalie Turmine, CEO, Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA)

Natalie Turmine is the CEO of Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA), one of the Federally funded Jobs and Skills Councils. She leads national skills and workforce planning for the Arts, Personal Services, Retail, Tourism, and Hospitality sectors. Natalie is a highly accomplished executive with 30 years of leadership experience spanning workforce development and community impact.  Her expertise encompasses leading organisations delivering workforce development, employment, disability, Indigenous initiatives, apprenticeships, labour hire, community programs, social enterprises, and vocational training across Australia. Natalie is also the Chair of the Australian Racing Drivers Club & Sydney Motorsport Park, Non-Executive Director of Hydrogen House Australia, State Councillor for Business NSW and sits on the NSW 24-Hour Economy Council. With a career spanning numerous executive roles and board positions, Natalie is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth, innovation, businesses and workforce excellence.
