A proud advocate for culturally responsive education, Lesley leads Wingaru’s mission to make Aboriginal knowledge, histories, and voices a meaningful part of every Australian classroom. With a background in education, policy, and Aboriginal community engagement, Lesley has guided the development of innovative digital resources, professional learning programs, and partnerships that empower teachers to teach with confidence and respect. Under her leadership, Wingaru Education has become a trusted voice in Aboriginal education, recognised for its practical tools, community connections, and commitment to closing the cultural knowledge gap in schools.
