Leanne Woodley works as an education consultant and manager of the Student Service team at the Association of Independent Schools, NSW. She works collaboratively with school leaders and teachers to strengthen inclusive practices through the design of learning, teaching and assessment experiences. Her role focusses on supporting students with diverse needs, disabilities and challenging behaviours in a variety of educational settings. She provides advice and implementation support on disability legislation, National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), Universal Design for Learning and schoolwide frameworks to assist schools develop inclusive practices.
This session will explore the use of data to inform teaching practices within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports. It will focus on collaborative approaches in analysing data and making informed decisions on teaching practices to improve student outcomes.
