As the child of two teachers, the power of education to uplift lives is embedded in Caroline's DNA. As the CEO of WorkVentures, a social enterprise and NFP focused upon transforming lives through technology, skills and meaningful careers, Caroline directs this passion for education into her organisation's digital inclusion programs supporting students from low income families to bridge the digital divide.  Caroline is a strategic, commercial and impact focused executive with experience across the professional services, media and for-purpose sectors. She is recognised for her authentic and collaborative approach to both leadership and partnership. Caroline is passionate about finding innovative ways of breaking the cycle of disadvantage which led her to WorkVentures. Caroline is a Chartered Accountant, has an Executive MBA and a BA in Accounting & Finance. Caroline has experience as a NFP board member and consultant to social enterprises.
