General Information

The exhibition will be held on 11 - 12 June 2025 at International Convention Centre , Sydney, Australia.
Conference hours are from 9:30am to 6:00pm on Wednesday 11 June and 9:00am to 4:30pm on Thursday 12 June.
The exhibition will be open from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Thursday.
Please arrive early to allow time for registration and badge collection.
EDUtech is a business-to-business (B2B) event for education professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.
You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.
Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for conference delegate passes and gala dinner passes.
Badge collection is available at the following times and locations:

Tuesday 10 June
2:00pm – 6:00pm: Hall 1 Registration Desk, Exhibition Centre (All attendees)

Wednesday 11 June
8:00am – 11:00am: Darling Harbour Registration Desk, Convention Centre (Conference Delegates and Speakers only)
8:00am – 5:00pm: Hall 1 Registration Desk, Exhibition Centre (All attendees)

Thursday 12 June
8:00am – 4:00pm: Hall 1 Registration Desk, Exhibition Centre (All attendees)

If you're a speaker or Tech Buyer who pre-registered, you may also collect your badge at the Hall 2 Registration Desk:
• Wednesday 11 June, 11:30am – 5:00pm
• Thursday 12 June, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Conference delegates can collect their passes at the Darling Harbour Registration Desk (Convention Centre) on Wednesday morning (8:00am – 11:00am), or at the Hall 1 Registration Desk (Exhibition Centre) at any time during badge collection hours.
Visitors with an expo-only pass can collect their badge at the Hall 1 Registration Desk (Exhibition Centre) on any event day during registration hours. Please bring your confirmation email and arrive early to avoid queues.
Students are welcome to attend the EDUtech exhibition. If you're planning to bring a student group, please email operations@terrapinn.com in advance with the number of students attending, as well as the name and contact number of the accompanying adult on the day. Badges will be pre-printed and available for collection from the Hall 2 Registration Desk, Exhibition Centre.

On-site Services

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout ICC Sydney. Simply connect to the “ICC Sydney Guest” network, select “complimentary Wi-Fi”, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Login. Speeds are up to 2Mbps.
Yes, a range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall and throughout ICC Sydney.
Yes, cloakroom services are available near the main entrance.

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official EDUtech event app . You can use it to view the agenda, bookmark sessions, connect with other attendees, and arrange meetings. Details on how to download and log in will be sent closer to the event.

Yes, EDUtech includes multiple networking opportunities such as dedicated networking areas, social functions like the EDUparty and Gala Dinner , and access to the event app to connect with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.
Yes, the EDUtech Gala Dinner will be held on Wednesday 11 June at the Parkside Ballroom, ICC Sydney. Tickets can be purchased during your conference registration or by contacting our team. Space is limited and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You can learn more here .

Conference & Sessions

EDUtech features two conference programs: a paid agenda exclusively for conference delegates that includes premium sessions and expert speakers, and a free agenda for expo visitors with curated sessions on open stages.
No, pre-registration is not required for either the paid or free agendas. All sessions are open on a first-come, first-served basis. You can bookmark sessions through the event app to build your personal schedule, but this does not reserve your seat.
Sessions are not recorded. Presentation slides may be made available after the event, but only at the discretion of each speaker. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.
Yes, certificates will be available 48 hours after the event.

Health & Safety

EDUtech follows all current NSW Government and ICC Sydney health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Any updates will be communicated via email and on our website closer to the event.
If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station located within ICC Sydney or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.

Other Questions

Business casual is suitable for EDUtech conference sessions, the expo, and networking events like the EDUparty. For the Gala Dinner, formal wear is preferred.
All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the event website .
