Siti Nabilah binti Kasdi, Assistant Director, Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia

Siti Nabilah is an accomplished educator and leader with more than 20 years of experience in special and inclusive education. She currently serves as Assistant Director at the Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia, Ministry of Education Malaysia, where she supports national initiatives to strengthen teacher training and inclusive practices. Passionate about equity and accessibility, she has led initiatives that empower teachers to integrate technology for diverse learners, including those with disabilities.

Siti Nabilah is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow, Minecraft Education Ambassador, and a frequent presenter at international conferences. She has been recognised with the Excellent Service Award (2011, 2019) and the Pioneer Award at BETT Asia 2023. Her work has been instrumental in promoting inclusive digital learning, supporting teacher professional development, and championing innovative pathways for students with special educational needs to thrive alongside their peers.
