Claudine Fernandez is an educator, curriculum designer, and creative entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience empowering learners and educators across Asia. As the Founder of Artistic Strategies Academy and Artistic Leadership Academy, she has pioneered innovative programmes that cultivate creativity, leadership, and lifelong learning in children and youth. A graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Claudine combines pedagogy, technology, and design thinking to build adaptive learning ecosystems that prepare students for the future of work. She currently serves as Head of Training, Learning & Performance at Furen International School, where she leads teacher development frameworks that integrate digital transformation, data-informed practice, and human-centred design. Claudine is passionate about helping educators and organisations harness change as a creative force. Through her speaking engagements, coaching, and thought leadership, she advocates for reimagining education through adaptable, inclusive, and purpose-driven digital strategies.
