Adrian was Principal of a Future School in Singapore (Ngee Ann Secondary School). The school was also a Microsoft Pathfinder, Mentor and World Tour School. He was an Honoree Winner in the Academic Leadership Category of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) in the World Award in 2011 and a member of the US-based Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) Driving K-12 Innovation Advisory Board. Adrian went on to become the Director of the Digital Literacy and Participation Division (Digital Readiness Cluster) at the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) and the Executive Director of the Media Literacy Council (Singapore). At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Adrian was the Program Director for the Education to Workforce Asia-Pacific Japan team. He led the strategic planning and execution of the AWS cloud skills initiative through the AWS Academy and Educate Programs. Adrian is currently the Head (Innovation and Transformation) for M.Y World Preschool - a leading early childhood education provider in Singapore, operated by the Metropolitan YMCA.
