As a recognised expert in Admissions, Marketing, and Customer Experience (AMX), Alix Hernandez brings over 25 years of leadership across international schools and higher education. She has led enrolment and engagement strategies in nine countries and visited more than 110, offering a truly global perspective on family engagement and growth.
Her previous roles include Senior Head of Marketing, Admissions, and Community Relations at Brighton College (Singapore), Head of Customer Excellence at Stamford American International School, Director of Admissions at UWC ISAK Japan, and international student recruitment lead at York University. Alix also has teaching experience in Europe and holds degrees in Events and Tourism Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School, as well as a Master’s in International Marketing from the Universidad de Valencia.
A CIS Future Leader Award recipient and DEI advocate, Alix combines data, empathy, and strategy to design human-centred enrolment journeys that foster growth and belonging. At EduTech Asia 2025, Alix will share how data dashboards, viewed through an AMX lens, can uncover trends, flag pain points, and guide smarter, more responsive enrolment decisions.
