Zoltan Beck is a scientific advisor with deep expertise in vaccine innovation, adjuvant systems, and formulation R&D, driven by a passion for translating complex science into practical solutions that advance human health. Over the past decades, he has led and contributed to adjuvant and vaccine development programs across the pharmaceutical industry, government research institutes, and academia, focusing on vaccines, nanoparticle platforms, and novel adjuvants. His current work centers on the development and application of saponin-based adjuvants. Previously, as Senior Director of Vaccine R&D at Pfizer, he led a multidisciplinary team that developed and evaluated novel adjuvants and guided the transition of innovative formulations from discovery through early clinical testing. Earlier, at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, he played a key role in developing liposomal formulations used in preclinical studies and early vaccine trials.
