Mendel Haag, PharmD, PhD is Senior Director and Head of the Center of Outcomes Research and Epidemiology at CSL Seqirus, where she leads global real-world evidence and epidemiology strategies to inform immunization policy, demonstrate vaccine value, and advance evidence-based public health. With more than 20 years of experience in epidemiology, outcomes research, and vaccine effectiveness evaluation, she has led numerous research collaborations and evidence-generation programs across the vaccine lifecycle. Prior to CSL Seqirus, Mendel held epidemiology leadership roles at Novartis and conducted research at Erasmus Medical Center in the Netherlands. She holds a PharmD from Utrecht University and an MSc and PhD in Clinical Epidemiology from Erasmus University.
