Dr Sanja Fitzgerald is a market access and HTA advisor supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on pricing, access, evidence strategy and EU HTA/JCA. Her work focuses on connecting clinical development and evidence-generation decisions with HTA outcomes, patient access and commercial value, with particular experience in oncology, rare diseases and specialty medicines. She holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and has more than 17 years of experience across scientific innovation, regulatory strategy, evidence generation and market access. Sanja is Technical Officer of the HTAi Rare Disease Interest Group and founder of Sur Access, an independent market access and evidence strategy consultancy based in Geneva.
