Pierre Robin Europe

Philippe Pakter is an international lawyer in the New York Bar, currently working on a PhD in law at the University of Geneva. His doctoral research focuses on cross-border healthcare law for rare disease patients in Europe. Philippe serves as general counsel for the rare disease patient organization, Pierre Robin Europe, and is an active member of the EU's European Reference Network, ERN-Cranio.
