1. Use social media 

Announce you’re exhibiting / speaking at the event on social media using #WODC   or mentioning the following pages:

2. Add the event logo to your marketing 

If you create your own invites, emails or adverts don't forget to use the The World Orphan Drug Congress Europe logo. The event logos are available in the media kit.

3. Create a promotional video

We'd love to invite you to do a short 20-30 second promotional video about your participation at World Orphan Drug Congress Europe 2026. If you post this on your socials, we would love to repost!

Guidelines: 

  • Plain/basic background – no distractions  
  • No lights facing the camera only lighting on person – try to avoid yellow lighting, white lighting is better  
  • Speaker - try and stay in the centre of camera  
  • Look at camera when speaking
