Shell Scheme/Start-up Exhibitors
All Shell Scheme/Start-up Exhibitors will need to complete the Health & Safety Form HERE . Please complete this by 8th September 2026 .
Space Only stands
All Space Only stands will require approval. Please submit your stand plans via email to freya.rees@terrapinn.com by 8th September 2026 .
This must include:
- A scale plan
- A construction phase plan
- Risk assessment
- Method statement
- Public liability insurance details
PPE
All exhibitors will be required to wear full PPE while in the exhibition hall during build and breakdown. This includes Hi-Vis, steal toecap boots and a hard hat. If you do not have these, you can hire them from the RAI web shop .
