Joe Chow currently serves as Acting Head of Procurement and Supply Chain at Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB), Malaysia’s national 5G infrastructure company. He oversees the full lifecycle of vendor and contract governance, from strategic sourcing and negotiation to execution and compliance. His role spans multiple categories and stakeholders across a complex, high-stakes telecommunications environment.

With over 20 years of cross-industry experience—including FMCG, telecommunications, hospitality, software, and gaming—Joe has held senior regional roles in procurement, vendor management, and IT service delivery. Prior to joining DNB, he led vendor partner strategy at Maxis, and held procurement and vendor leadership positions at Galaxy Entertainment Group, FrieslandCampina, and British American Tobacco, where he managed multi-region supplier relationships and large-scale transformation programs.

Joe holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Malaya.
