Siti Katijah Haji Mokti is the Vice President of TelCo Sales & Service Management at Unified National Networks (UNN), Brunei's national telecommunications provider. In this capacity, she oversees the company's wholesale telecommunications services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality connectivity solutions to both national and international clients.
UNN, established in 2018 and wholly owned by the Government of Brunei, has been instrumental in modernizing the nation's digital infrastructure. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including fixed and mobile connectivity, cloud and data center services, and international roaming solutions.
Under UNN's leadership, significant strides have been made in expanding network coverage and enhancing service offerings. The company has deployed a 3,000-kilometer fiber network, connecting over 92% of households in Brunei, and operates more than 600 mobile base stations nationwide, providing 4G/3G and 5G services to 94% of populated areas and connecting roads.
In the wholesale sector, UNN has introduced a unified digital infrastructure that consolidates telecommunications and ICT services, reducing barriers to digitization and lowering connectivity costs. This initiative aligns with Brunei's Vision 2035, aiming to develop a dynamic and sustainable economy through widespread implementation of technology across key sectors.
Additionally, UNN has expanded its international roaming coverage through partnerships with global providers, enhancing connectivity options for its customers and supporting Brunei's digital transformation goals.
