Bhushan Dhade is the Business Head - Enterprise at ACT Fibernet, overseeing enterprise broadband and connectivity solutions across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. With over a decade of experience in telecommunications and banking, he has expertise in P&L management, product innovation, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy.

Since joining ACT Fibernet in 2018, Bhushan has held key leadership roles, including Business Head – Communities, where he was responsible for customer acquisition, network expansion, and revenue growth. Before ACT, he worked at Bharti Airtel, where he led national propositions and go-to-market strategy, and at ICICI Bank, managing co-branded credit card partnerships. He also held product and sales roles at Idea Cellular, Tata Docomo, and Pfizer India.

Bhushan holds an MMS in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. A results-driven leader, he is skilled in team management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
