Todd Rahimi is the Founder and Director of Lambda Consulting LLC, an alternative legal services provider specializing in telecom-focused legal and business consulting. With over 25 years of experience, he has advised on international infrastructure projects worth over USD 10 billion and cross-border M&A transactions exceeding USD 2 billion.

Before founding Lambda Consulting in 2011, Todd held senior legal and executive roles in the telecommunications and fiber-optic infrastructure sectors. He served as Chief Legal Officer at SEACOM Ltd., where he led legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and compliance. He was also General Counsel at Pacific Crossing, overseeing the legal and regulatory functions for a transpacific fiber-optic cable system. Additionally, he held key roles at Pacnet, Asia Netcom, REACH Global Services, and Level 3 Communications, managing complex telecom infrastructure projects, regulatory licensing, and corporate transactions.

Todd holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Santa Clara University. His expertise spans contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, M&A, and corporate governance in the global telecommunications sector.
