My career has been built at the intersection of aviation ground operations and digital transformation, most of that time at INFORM GmbH, where I played a key role in building the Aviation Division into one of the leading global providers of resource management and optimization solutions. That journey took me deep into the operational realities of airlines, airports, and ground handlers worldwide, and gave me a perspective that sits squarely on both sides of the table: the people running operations and the technology designed to support them.
Today, as the founder of USS AviationConsulting, I bring that experience to airlines, airports, ground handling organisations, and aviation technology providers as an independent advisor. My focus is on helping organisations navigate complex transformations with clarity: making informed decisions, aligning their people and systems, and turning their digital investments into measurable operational value.
