The FIL is fully accessible for individuals with reduced mobility or disabilities. The venue was designed with accessibility in mind and offers a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable visit.
 

The FIL's proximity to Orient Transit Station makes it easily accessible by train, metro and bus. Both World Aviation Festival and the FIL also actively promote walking distance hotels for international visitors.

Enjoy free water refill stations throughout the venue and help reduce plastic waste by bringing your own reusable bottle. We’re also reducing waste by eliminating aisle carpet and plastic badge holders.

There won’t be printed agendas & brochures — all event details will be available on the event app for a more sustainable experience.

We prioritise sustainability by working only with suppliers who can demonstrate sustainable practices. We also design features with sustainability in mind, like reusing pallets for theatres from show to show.

We collaborate with the venue to ensure all serveware is sustainable, with no single-use plastics. Menus are carefully selected to include vegan and vegetarian options.

We have tracked carbon emissions from attendee travel, waste, and energy use, working toward reducing the event’s carbon footprint and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
