Our €295 Airlines & Airport Executive Pass is for executives from airlines, airport and ground handling companies only. You’ll need to use your official work email address to register. This pass grants you access to all event days. Book here >>

The exhibition is open on all 3 days of the festival! Both the conference and the exhibition are open across 7 - 9 October.

Your ticket includes access to our conference halls, exhibition floor, drinks reception, and the Aviation Festival App.

Tickets are €3,495. However, you can save significantly by booking in advance, thanks to our early bird offers. You can also save big by booking as a group — the bigger the group, the bigger the discount. Book tickets here.

Our dedicated networking app is available for all World Aviation Festival attendees. The app makes it easy to view the conference agenda, access event content, and connect with the right people in advance. You can also access your Badge via the app, which grants you access to the festival.

Access to the app opens 2-3 weeks before the event begins.

Once you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive your ticket directly to your inbox. Your ticket can also be accessed via the Aviation Festival App.

Upon arrival at the venue, simply show the QR code from either your emailed ticket or from the “My Badge” section within the app at the registration desk. We will print out your badge for you.

The FIL (Feira Internacional de Lisboa) is located in the Parque das Nações district, easily accessible by various transport options:

By metro, take the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) to Oriente Station, which is only a 10-minute walk from the FIL. Mainline and regional trains also stop at Oriente Station. The closest bus stop is Estação Oriente, which is also just a 10-minute walk away.
