Is the event being held inperson?

Yes! We are thrilled to be hosting the event in person.

 

Can I attend the event virtually or dial in?

No, the event is in-person only. While a few speakers may present virtually, all attendees are required to be physically present at the event.

 

When and where is the event?

World Aviation Festival is held at the RAI, Amsterdam. The 2024 edition will take place on 8-10 October 2024.

What forms of valid ID should I bring to the venue?

For entry to the venue, please bring an official photo ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, or company card with a photo.
 

Opening times

 

You may collect your badge ahead of time on Monday, 7th October between 12:00 - 17:00 at Entrance K of the RAI to beat the queues during the event days.

Day 1 | Tuesday, 8th October (8:15 - 19:00) Amtrium and Hall 5

  • 8:15 - Badge collection at Entrance K
  • 17:30 - Conference ends 
  • 17:30 - Welcome drinks reception
  • 19:00 - Exhibition Halls close
Day 2 | Wednesday, 9th October (7:30 - 18:30) Halls 1 and 5
  • 7:30 - Badge collection at Entrance K
  • 17:30 - Conference ends
  • 17:30 - Exhibitor onfloor drinks
  • 18:30 - Exhibition Halls close
  • 18:00 - 20:00 - Drinks Reception at Strandzuid (RSVP only)
Day 3 | Thursday, 10th October (8:00 AM - 16:00) Halls 1 and 5
  • 8:00 - Badge collection at Entrance K
  • 16:00 - Conference and exhibition close 

 

How do I get to the venue?

 
Here are a few options for reaching the RAI in Amsterdam:
 
Amsterdam RAI railway station : The Amsterdam RAI railway station is a short distance from the RAI complex, around a 7-minute walk.
 
Metro 52 : Metro 52 (the North-South line) is the fastest connection between Amsterdam Central Station and the RAI. You should get off at the Europaplein stop, which is right in front of the RAI.
 
Tram 4 : Tram 4 connects Amsterdam Central Station to the Europaplein stop, which is also near the RAI.
 
Metro 50 : Metro 50, which runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein, also stops at the Amsterdam RAI station.

How much are tickets?

The two-day conference and exhibition pass costs €2,995 per person. Alternatively, the three-day conference and exhibition pass costs €3,495 per person. Both options give you access to all conference theatres, the exhibition floor, our event app, and more. For more info and to book your ticket, visit our ticket page.

 

How do I receive my ticket?

Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address. All attendees must use the Aviation Festival App App  to access their QR code badge. This can be used for self-registration at the event. Alternatively, one of our staff organisers will confirm your registration and provide you with your badge.

 

What is the Aviation Festival App?

You will receive your login details once our event app is live. Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge. The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in. Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.
