Malin Granlund is CEO and co-founder of Done, the installation platform for EV chargers, batteries and heat pumps. Done connects OEMs, energy companies, resellers and installer networks in one workflow and payments layer, turning orders into fast, quality-assured installations across Europe. The platform has delivered more than 20,000 green installations with 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction. Before Done, Malin was COO at Sqore and Gigstr, with 10+ years of building and scaling marketplaces and field operations internationally. She focuses on fixing the last-mile coordination bottleneck in the energy transition, using software, data and practical execution. At the event, Malin will share learnings on scaling EV installations and aftermarket operations, including coordination, quality and cost.
