Matthew, a Learning and Organisational Development leader who specialises in creating and implementing transformative learning strategies and development initiatives in the Hospitality industry. Currently the Director of Learning and Development at TFE Hotels, he develops and leads the L&OD strategy, programs and learning systems. The TFE Hotels People Leaders ACADEME program was recently the winner of the best leadership development program at the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Prior to TFE Hotels, Matthew was the Vice President of Galaxy Entertainment Group Macau, the world’s largest integrated resort, playing a key role in the strategic expansion of the company’s workforce and operations through the HR & L&D function. Matthew’s qualifications include; Cert IV in Workplace Training, Diploma in Training Design & Development, Bachelor of Education, Master of Education, Post Grad Cert in HR, Master of Business and he is currently undertaking a PhD in Strategic Leadership with Torrens University
