I’m a dedicated learning and development professional with a strong foundation in hospitality operations and a passion for helping others grow. I currently work as an L&OD Business Partner at TFE Hotels, where I design and deliver our internal leadership development programs that support future leaders, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance team engagement across our global business. Before joining TFE in September 2023, I spent six years at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) as an F&B Instructor and Success Coach. I mentored emerging talent, guided them to secure their work placement, and delivered hands-on, practical learning in food and beverage operations, while also supporting students’ personal and professional growth throughout their studies. Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience in Europe working in luxury hotel operations and food & beverage management. This included boutique properties such as a Relais & Châteaux hotel, Michelin restaurants, and larger international hotels within the Accor group; notably the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel (430 rooms) and Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel (764 rooms), where I led diverse teams in high-volume restaurant and event environments. With experience across operations and education, I bring a practical, people-focused approach to leadership development. I’m passionate about helping others build confidence, develop new skills, and find meaning in their work; all with the goal of shaping the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry.
