Tanda is an Australian-owned and operated company that builds all-in-one workforce management, payroll, and HR software. Founded in 2012, tens of thousands of Australian businesses use Tanda to pay staff quicker and more accurately than ever before.

Tanda’s mission is to eliminate employment friction for shift and hourly employees. Starting with Workforce Management, Tanda has now built Payroll and HR systems that make our product an all-in-one system. 

Our Workforce suite specialises in automating compliance with the Modern Award system to avoid underpayment issues, and roster staff efficiently. Businesses use our HR product to hire, performance manage, contract, and onboard their staff digitally. 

Our offering is capped with Tanda Payroll, built in the same code base as Tanda Workforce, and designed to make paying people simple and accurate.

Tanda remains an independent vendor and isn’t controlled by a private equity firm. We are focussed on solving the hardest employment compliance problems that our customers face, and have consistently updated our product to reflect changes in the employment landscape.

Tanda counts many of Australia’s leading brands as customers. Over half a million Australians are paid using the Tanda platform every year.
