Following a highly successful launch, NoVacancy London returns for its second edition bringing together thousands of industry decision makers and stakeholders actively seeking new technologies, products and solutions to drive performance and enhance guest experience.
From AI driven platforms to advanced reservation and revenue systems, from next generation FF&E to robotics and smart buildings, and from innovative design to practical sustainability solutions, NoVacancy London is the marketplace where suppliers connect with buyers who have budgets, projects and purchasing intent, making it the ideal platform to showcase your products and services to the people who matter most.

It has been exactly what we expected, which is fantastic. A lot of the hotel events have dried up over the last few years. This one comes with a whole new level of excitement. All the right people are here. It's a great event
The buzz around the show this year was incredible, and just what the market needs! We are very much looking forward to connecting with our hotel partners, industry friends and hospitality operators that are looking for future focussed solution. We cannot wait for the next edition to come around!
We had a great experience. From the very beginning, the conversations were engaging, forward-thinking and highly relevant to our strategic focus in the UK market. As the official cosmetics partner of the show, we achieved strong brand visibility and were able to position ADA Cosmetics as a leading expert in sustainable hotel amenities and dispenser solutions. The calibre of visitors was strong, with many quality conversations.
Agilysys has worked with the NoVacancy brand for some time. They are a well-regarded brand in the hospitality industry and have always delivered excellent, high-quality conferences and events. When the brand announced, it was coming to London for the first time, we made sure we were ahead of the queue to continue our relationship in this important market
We had a great time, and we have some great enquiries as a result. From the outset there was something different about the concept of No Vacancy, it was sold differently, it was promoted differently, the passion that the team had seemed somehow very personal and as a result that approach was not only infectious but refreshing from the normal approach adopted by some of the organisers of other events.
One of the few opportunities bringing an industry together through collective topics, discussion and showcases. It was managed well, impressed.
I found the sessions, exhibitors, and attendees genuinely useful. I have been to quite a few expos and this one was filled with people thinking towards the future. It was inspiring.
As a visitor it was great to be able to find suppliers that can help me with the transformation of the business.
A well organised event, effective pre-show networking and connecting opportunities for introductory messages and making appointments. There was a broad and varied range of suppliers, many of which I was keen to meet with anyway so nicely fitted my needs and shopping list.
