Donna Davies, Director of Wellbeing, Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak

Donna Davies is an innovative, collaborative, and compassionate educator with over 25 years of teaching experience spanning K-12 and university levels. Currently, she serves as the Director of Wellbeing at Loreto Toorak, where she oversees strategic and innovative initiatives that support the wellbeing and development of students, staff, and families. Donna develops opportunities for ongoing parent education to foster partnerships centered around student wellbeing, while also providing professional learning opportunities and capacity building for staff based on contemporary research and leading educational practices. Donna is a writer of international curricula and examinations for the International Baccalaureate and has co-authored both international and local educational textbooks. She is currently undertaking her Doctorate of Education at the University of Melbourne, researching student perceptions of education programs and campaigns aimed at reducing the incidence and acceptability of sexual assault and sexual harassment among young people.
