His career encompasses a diverse range of leadership roles, including Head of Senior School (Acting), Director of Sport, Head of Faculty, Head of Outdoor Education and Director of Rowing. In addition to his school-based roles, Barnaby has made significant contributions to governance, serving as Chair of the College Council at Fraser Coast Anglican School, Chair of Gymnastics SA FRAC, and holding national and state-level roles in Rowing.

Barnaby’s leadership expertise is complemented by his academic credentials, including two Master’s Degrees—in Teaching and Sports Coaching. As a National Team high-performance coach, Barnaby has honed the ability to translate the principles of elite performance into the educational context, empowering students and staff alike to achieve excellence. His ability to integrate high-performance frameworks ensures a culture of continuous growth and achievement in all aspects of school life.
