As Senior Head of Student Achievement and Academic Pathways at XCL World Academy, Justin is a passionate change-maker dedicated to advancing innovative pedagogy, fostering data-informed school success, and leading initiatives that prepare students for a rapidly evolving world. His current work also focuses on developing personalised, future-ready learning pathways, and integrating artificial intelligence into learning and teaching as part of XWA’s mission to Shaping Next, Now.
