Mathilda is an education and pedagogy enthusiast, and has been delivering teaching and counseling services in educational institutions since 2012, and now a lecturer in the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pelita Harapan, Tangerang, Indonesia, as well as a certified National Counselor. She has a huge passion in teaching/instructional strategies, self-regulation in learning, emotion regulation, classroom management, Social-Emotional Learning, and school counseling. Her areas of focus for educators and school counselor training is on teaching self-regulation in learning, teaching emotion regulation, Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Differentiated Instruction, School Counseling, Counseling Record-Keeping, and well-being in the educational setting.
