Bao Gia Phan is the Chief of the Center of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity at Lawrence S. Ting School (LSTS), which became the first Microsoft Innovative School in Vietnam in 2010. With more than a decade of experience in K–12 education, Bao has held various influential positions, including classroom teacher, subject leader, and Head of Department, gaining comprehensive insights into both educational theory and practice. Her center at LSTS has a diverse team of specialists managing key research and development projects that drive innovative school improvement. Some key responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of personalized e-systems for both students and educators, exploring cutting-edge applications of educational technology and artificial intelligence, facilitating professional development programs to enhance teachers’ technological and research capabilities, supporting the integration of Entrepreneurship education and Deep Learning pedagogies, and coordinating international accreditation and assessment initiatives. Known for her dynamic leadership style and forward-thinking approach, Bao is deeply committed to empowering educators and enriching student learning experiences through innovative, creative, and research-based solutions.
