Ramji is cofounder and CEO of teiko.bio. Teiko’s mission is to make immune profiling a reality for clinical trials, and eventually for patients. They are making that mission happen by performing deep immune characterization using single-cell mass cytometry.
Their team includes 12 PhD-trained Immunologists and Computational Scientists who lead each stage of data generation, analysis, and interpretation. Teiko scientists have first author publications in JACI, Science, eLife, Nature and Cell.
Ramji apparently got selective amnesia about startups, since he’s back at it again. He previously cofounded and ran Counsyl from napkin idea to 1M patients served and acquisition by Myriad Genetics. He holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Financial Mathematics, both from Stanford. He attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business program, but then dropped out to start Counsyl.
