Pär Comstedt is Vice President of Infectious Disease Vaccine Development at Evaxion. He leads the company’s portfolio of bacterial and viral vaccine programs, developed through the proprietary AI-immunology platform. His responsibilities span vaccine strategy, discovery, preclinical and advancement toward clinical development and partnering. With 20 years of experience in vaccine R&D, Pär has contributed across discovery, preclinical, and nonclinical development. Before joining Evaxion, he worked at Valneva, where he led preclinical activities for the Lyme disease vaccine candidate VLA15 (LB6V; PF-07307405), which is being developed in partnership with Pfizer and has since advanced through Phase 3 clinical development and into regulatory review for potential market approval.
