Mojca Tajnik Sbaizero is Head of Product Application Area at Sartorius BIA Separations, Slovenia. She is a biotechnologist and holds a PhD in Biomedicine-Genetics. She is employed in the company for 8 years and during this time she led several projects in downstream process development in the Department for Viral Vectors and Vaccines, such as AAV, Influenza, Lentivirus, LNPs and others. She transferred processes to be used on industrial scale to several CDMOs or client’s facilities. Her goal is to identify and solve real process development needs from the client with a focus on process intensification.
