Complimentary drinks will be offered for all the attendees of the conferences to enjoy on your behalf, with an option for a full Dinner package. Opportunity for a 5-minute opening welcome address to the reception. Banners, theming and branding will be visible throughout the reception with your logo.

REGISTRATION DESK SPONSOR

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on the Registration/ Information Desk that all the thousands of attendees will use over the event and see.

SPEAKER LOUNGE SPONSOR

Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on the boarding surrounding the Speaker Lounge area on the exhibition floor, that the event speakers will be using over the event.

EXHIBITION HOSPITALITY RECEPTION HOST

After the conference ends, there will be the opportunity for a number of Exhibitors to purchase Drink / Happy Hour packages from the caterers to offer for attendees to join them for networking opportunities. We will advertise all exhibition booth drinks reception hosts on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf, to help drive traffic to your booth for the reception and make people aware of what you are offering.

Exclusive to one company only, you’ll have the opportunity to present in the Keynote plenary alongside a handful of the very top industry thought leaders, to the entire event audience. PLATINUM

Presenting to a more targeted audience in your specific area of expertise, this is an exclusive opportunity to be the dedicated Track Sponsor on a particular topic area for the day, and one of the first speakers of the relevant conference track you choose. This includes branding in the room itself and on the general track signage.

Either chair one of the conference track sessions relevant for your business or join one of the limited relevant panel discussions.

FACILITATED MEETINGS

Our dedicated team of Networking Managers will work closely with you to arrange 1-2-1 business meetings at the event. We’ll send out the attendee list approx. 4 weeks prior for you to choose targeted clients and we’ll help assist pre-event and on-site at your private reserved meeting table.

EVENT LANYARDS OR BAGS

The exclusive Delegate Lanyard or Bag Sponsorship enables your company to have a superior level of branding at the event, where the client can provide their own branded lanyards (or bags), which will be worn by all attendees throughout the whole event. EXHIBITION HOSPITALITY F&B

During each day of the conference/exhibition, there will be the opportunity for all Exhibitors to purchase drink and food packages from the caterers to offer for attendees to join them for networking opportunities at their booth. It’s a great opportunity to help drive traffic to your booth with the offer of free food or drinks and we are encouraging as many exhibitors as possible to do this. For those who do purchase anything we will advertise your company on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf explaining what you are offering and help people know they should head to your booth.
