Lineke Pelleboer, Director of Business Development, Batavia Biosciences

Lineke Pelleboer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Research and Biotechnology and an Executive MBA in change management. With more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, she has led technology transfer projects from every perspective: as project lead, as head of manufacturing on the receiving side, and as CMC director overseeing outsourced transfers. Her experience spans the scale-up of vaccines and biologics, GMP readiness, process validation, and QC method transfer. She has worked across startups, CDMOs, and large pharma, giving her a unique 360-degree view on what truly makes a tech transfer succeed, or fail. Drawing on this diverse background, she has consistently driven operational excellence while aligning people, processes, and timelines in complex environments. She currently serves as Chair of the ISPE Netherlands Affiliate, where she initiated the Women in Pharma (WIP) initiative in the Benelux.

In her current role as director business development at Batavia, she combines deep operational expertise with business development, building strong global partnerships to drive successful vaccine and biologics programs.
