I am Clinical Science Director in the Clinical Microbiology and Immunology department at Johnson & Johnson. I have contributed to various viral and bacterial vaccine programs as a bioanalytical specialist and team supervisor, leading a group of bioanalytical experts. My expertise lies in the development, qualification, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management of immunological assays used to measure vaccine-induced immune responses in a clinical setting. I hold a master’s degree from Utrecht University and a Ph.D. from Erasmus University Medical Center Rotterdam, where I studied immune responses during chronic hepatitis B virus infection. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, I performed multiple postdoctoral research projects focused on immune regulation.
