WOAH
International vaccine and animal health system expert with 19 years of experience advancing veterinary science and
policy through technical leadership, programme delivery, and capacity development across Africa and Europe. As
WOAH's Programme Officer for Vaccine and Vaccination at headquarters (since 2025), I serve as a technical reference
point on vaccine matters for regional offices and external partners, and developed, and now execute, WOAH's five-year
roadmap to support Members delivering on vaccine commitments of the UN Political Declaration on AMR. At the UK
Animal and Plant Health Agency (2020-25), I directed the Animal Health Systems Strengthening Project, a £5M initiative
focused on laboratory capacity and veterinary systems development across West and Southern Africa. I combine senior
programme leadership with proven expertise in global vaccination policy frameworks, One Health implementation in low-
and middle-income countries, and extensive experience in capacity building programme design and resource
mobilisation.
