He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has extensive experience in high-pressure process engineering, encapsulation, particle production, and analytical characterization. His work focuses on developing scalable and sustainable processes for bioactive compounds and nanocarriers. At Biotech One, he contributes to the development of EncapX, a continuous scCO₂-based platform for manufacturing liposomes and lipid nanoparticles under mild conditions, with particular attention to reproducibility, scale-up, and biopharmaceutical applications, including advanced vaccine delivery.
