Darin Seehafer is a recognized expert in vaccine development with over 28 years of experience guiding products from preclinical discovery to global launch. He spent 14 years at Sanofi Pasteur, where he was a key contributor to the successful licensure and launch of five vaccines. He has since spent another 14 years in the CRO industry, where his leadership has been vital as a Vaccine Project Director and Senior Therapeutic Expert for vaccines and emerging infectious diseases. Beyond traditional project management, Darin excels at building robust program strategies by leveraging his expertise in vaccine strategy, LMICs, medical informatics, country/site selection, epidemiology, and predictive analytics. He is skilled at forging cost-effective collaborations with key stakeholders, ensuring diverse study designs and that vaccines are optimized for real-world application. Darin is also a Program Director at the University of Siena, where he passionately trains physicians from underserved communities worldwide in modern vaccine development.
