Anthony Pajot is a global vaccine leader bringing over 25 years of international experience across the full value chain — from R&D and clinical development to commercial strategy, market access, and general management. He has held senior leadership roles at Sanofi, Eli Lilly, and the Institut Pasteur, spanning local, regional, and global markets across both mature and emerging economies. As Global Project Head – Vaccines at Sanofi, Anthony leads the Pandemic H5 mRNA Influenza program, driving pandemic preparedness through next-generation vaccine innovation. Anthony is a recognized leader in building and developing high-performing teams, driving strategic execution in complex, fast-evolving environments, to advance vaccine solutions that protect Global Health. He holds a PhD in Virology from  Paris VI / Institut Pasteur,  an Executive MBA from IMD, a MS in Marketing from HEC with executive education from Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
